Through Discover Indonesian Culinary Experience (DICE), Felincia has regularly organized the New York Indonesian Food Bazaar, a monthly gathering that provides a platform for Indonesian culinary entrepreneurs and small businesses to showcase their products while bringing the community together around authentic flavors from home.
Driven by rising popularity, our concept evolved into something grander than a simple marketplace. Pasar Malam New York emerged as an immersive festival—offering more participants, expansive grounds, and diverse activities. Though the culinary traditions of Indonesia stay central, we now celebrate its artistic heritage through vibrant musical acts, expressive dance displays, diverse exhibits, and meaningful partnerships with various creative circles throughout the New York area.
Today, Pasar Malam New York serves as a vibrant gathering place where Indonesians, friends of Indonesia, and the wider public can experience the diversity, creativity, and spirit of Indonesia.
